I'm in Scotland, can I pick up a fleece in person?
You can find a selection of my fleeces at Lost Shore wave pool in Edinburgh. I have a couple colours there in sizes XS-XL. Lost Shore is also just a great place to hang out, catch some waves and grab some lunch.
When will my fleece arrive?
Because of the current high demand and the care I put into sewing each fleece, it takes me 1-4 weeks to sew and post your fleece. You can find the estimated delivery time once it's been posted here.

I’d like to buy a fleece but they’re sold out. How can I buy one?
Sometimes, particularly in winter, more fleeces sell than I can physically sew (thank you!!). When this happens, I try to manage the demand by releasing a limited amount of fleeces twice a month. I will have a countdown at the top of my website where you can see the exact release time, as well as a link to the release schedule.
Do you still sell hoodies, turtlenecks and kids hoodies?
Because the fleeces have been so in demand recently, I sadly had to scale down my collection. It meant I had to take away hoodies, turtlenecks and kids hoodies. I’m so sorry to disappoint anyone interested in these items! Hopefully I can bring them back one day.
I need my fleece by a certain date:
If you need your fleece by a particular date for a special reason like a birthday, you are welcome to write the date you need it by in the notes box in the cart and I will do my best to sew it on time.

I'd like to add/take away Xcm to the sleeves/body:
I am happy to accommodate changes to lengths, if for example you know you have long arms, I can add on an extra eg 5cm to the sleeve length. Or if you are very tall and narrow, you could for example order a S or M but ask for an extra 7cm on the body and sleeve length. You can write these requests in the notes box in the cart when you checkout.
