Shipping and Returns
I ship to the UK, USA, Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail.
Free shipping on orders £90 and over!
Because of the high demand and how much care I put into each fleece, it takes me 1 - 4 weeks to sew and post your order. Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you need your fleece by a particular date for a special reason like a birthday, you are welcome to write the date you need it by in the notes box in the cart and I will do my best to sew it on time.

UK: 1-3 days
USA: 1 week
Europe: 1 week
Canada: 1 week
Australia & New Zealand: 1 week
Exchanges/Returns:
I'd love for you to have your perfect size and fit! I can accept exchanges/returns that are unworn/unused and in perfect condition within 20 days of your purchase arriving. Please email jo-anne@surfcoo.com and I can send you the return address. The costs of the return postage must be covered by you. I recommend using a tracked postal service as you are responsible for the fleece until it arrives back to me and I can't refund missing fleeces. Once I have received the return parcel, I will send you your requested size/refund you the price of the item(s), minus the postage cost.
Customs and Import Taxes:
All international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. These duties and taxes are collected at the door. I'm afraid I have no control over these and am not responsible for these additional fees. In general, only my EU and Canadian customers pay customs and duties at approximately £20-40 per fleece.
