Shipping and Returns
I ship to the UK, USA, Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail.
Because of the high demand and how much care I put into each fleece, it takes me 1 - 6 weeks to sew and post your order. Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times:
UK: 1-3 days
USA: 1 week
Europe: 1 week
Canada: 1 week
Australia & New Zealand: 1 week
Exchanges/Returns:
I can accept exchanges/returns that are unworn/unused and in perfect condition within 20 days of your purchase arriving. Please email jo-anne@surfcoo.com and I can send you the return address. The costs of the return postage must be covered by you. I recommend using a tracked postal service as you are responsible for the fleece until it arrives back to me and I can't refund missing fleeces. Once I have received the return parcel, I will send you your requested size/refund you the price of the item(s), minus the postage cost.
Customs and Import Taxes:
All international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. These duties and taxes are collected at the door. I have no control over these and am not responsible for these additional fees.
