Exchanges + Returns

As I sew every fleece especially for each person, I super appreciate you using the size chart to try and get the right size first time. However if you order a fleece and it doesn’t fit right, not to worry! I’d love everyone to have their perfect fit, just send me an email and I can help you out with a return or exchange.

I can accept exchanges/returns that are unworn/unused and in perfect condition within 30 days of your purchase arriving. Please email jo-anne@surfcoo.com and I can send you the return address. The costs of the return postage must be covered by you, I recommend using a tracked postal service. Once I have received the return parcel, I will send you your requested fleece size / refund you the price of the fleece, minus the postage cost. Please note, I can't accept size exchanges or returns on custom colour fleeces or fleeces with custom alterations requested to the sizing.
