Shipping policy
I ship to the UK, USA, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea and New Zealand. Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail.
Because of the high demand and how much care I put into each fleece, it takes me 1 - 6 weeks to sew and post your order. Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you need your fleece by a particular date for a special reason like a birthday, you are welcome to write the date you need it by in the notes box in the cart and I will do my best to sew it on time.

Customs and Import Taxes:
All international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. These duties and taxes are collected at the door. I'm afraid I have no control over these and am not responsible for these additional fees.
